Returns
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy GiftBasketsKing.com will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of GiftBasketsKing.com and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax (708-843-7587) or e-mail (infogiftbasketsking.com). Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the members bill and the member will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping
All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day.

Fruit: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions.

o Monday through Wednesday standard and next day air shipping are the available options.

o Thursday Next Day air is the only option

o Friday Next day air Saturday is the only option.

(All fruit orders placed on Friday via “standard” ground will be shipped on Monday.)

Chocolate: Beginning May 15th all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day air. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS. UPS does not guarantee perishable goods.

Alaska and Hawaii- Please add 15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.(Excluding Fruit, Candy Bouquets and Cookies)
Please add $24.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies)

Saturday Delivery- Please add 15.50 to the next day air price for Saturday Delivery. Saturday delivery is not available on fruit and nut gifts.
